GoLogin With an Hourly US Mobile Proxy: Setup in Minutes

GoLogin is the second antidetect browser we recommend, and it pairs well with lines that live for a couple of hours. Undetectable.io remains our first pick, but plenty of people already have their profiles in GoLogin and do not want to move. This guide shows how to put an hourly line into a GoLogin profile, which settings should follow the line's city, and how the profile behaves when the hours run out.

Get a line that matches the profile

Decide where the profile is supposed to be and buy there. HourlyProxies runs lines in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Miami, North Carolina and Boston on AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. Buy two hours on 4G for $2 or on 5G for $3 from meter.hourlyproxies.com, the app or @HourlyProxiesBot. For browser work 4G is the sensible choice; the line will run 4G usually 20 to 45 Mbps, which is far more than a profile uses.

Collect the HTTP(S) host and port, the SOCKS5 port, the username, the password and the rotation link. One line per profile is the rule if the profiles are supposed to be different people.

Add the proxy to the profile

In GoLogin, create or open a profile and go to the Proxy tab. Choose HTTP or SOCKS5, enter the host, port, username and password, and press Check proxy. GoLogin resolves the exit address and shows the country, region and city it believes the line is in, along with a flag. Confirm that it says United States and the state you bought.

GoLogin can also set the profile's time zone, language and geolocation from the proxy. Turn that on and the three settings that matter most will follow the line without you typing them. If you prefer to set them by hand, use the next section.

  1. Open the profile and go to Proxy
  2. Pick HTTP or SOCKS5 and paste host, port, user and password
  3. Press Check proxy and confirm United States and the right state
  4. Turn on time zone, language and geolocation from proxy, or set them by hand
  5. Save and run the profile

Time zone, language, geolocation

If you set these by hand, pick the time zone that matches the line's city: America/New_York for New York, Boston, Miami and North Carolina; America/Chicago for Chicago and Houston; America/Phoenix for Phoenix; America/Los_Angeles for Los Angeles. Language should be en-US. Geolocation should either follow the IP or be set to the city, with the prompt behaviour set to allow or ask, whichever the profile's job needs.

WebRTC should be set to use the proxy or be turned off, so the browser does not announce your real local address next to the carrier one. Fonts, canvas and the rest of the fingerprint are GoLogin's department; our job is to make the network side consistent, and a dedicated carrier line in the right city does that.

Rotation and extension while the profile runs

Rotation on an hourly line is unlimited. Open the rotation link, call it from a script, or press Rotate in the dashboard or the bot. The modem reconnects and the profile continues on a new address from the same carrier, with its cookies intact. GoLogin itself does not need to know a rotation happened.

If the job runs past the second hour, extend from the dashboard, the app or the bot for $2 on 4G or $3 on 5G per hour, up to four hours on the purchase. The credentials do not change, so the GoLogin profile keeps working without a restart. If it is going to be a full day, take the day; the hours already paid count toward the day price.

What expiry looks like in GoLogin

When the hours end the line stops, and the next page load in the profile fails with a proxy error. Nothing in the profile is lost. Close the profile, buy a fresh line in the same city and carrier when you need it, paste the new details into the Proxy tab, check, and run. The address will be different from last time, as it would be for a phone user who has been off the network for a while.

For profiles that must look like the same device on the same network for weeks, hourly is the wrong tool and we say so plainly. Use a week or a month, and keep the profile's proxy settings unchanged for the whole term.

Frequently asked

Does GoLogin need SOCKS5 or HTTP for a mobile proxy?

Either. HTTP(S) is fine for ordinary browsing. SOCKS5 carries UDP, which matters for some media and WebRTC cases. Both ports are on every line.

Can GoLogin set the time zone from the hourly line automatically?

Yes. Turn on the option to take time zone, language and geolocation from the proxy, and the profile follows the line's exit address.

If I rotate the IP, will GoLogin log me out?

No. Rotation changes the exit address, not the profile's cookies. Most sites treat a mobile address change as normal, since phones do it constantly.

Where do I sign up for GoLogin?

Our referral link is https://gologin.com/join/gologin-IJQQIJB. If you are starting from scratch, Undetectable.io is our first recommendation; GoLogin is a solid second.
