Refund Policy

Last revised October 10, 2026. Because most of what we sell is measured in hours, our refund rules are built around time rather than data. A day, week or month plan can be refunded in full during its first 24 hours and by unused days after that. An hourly purchase is refunded only if the line never came up. Money goes back to your balance first and to your wallet if you ask. The details, including downtime credits, accidental renewals and the exceptions, are below.

Day, week and month plans: the first 24 hours

If you cancel a day, week or month plan within 24 hours of it starting, the whole price comes back. We do not ask for a reason. Wrong city, wrong carrier, the job got cancelled, the address did not do what you hoped: all of these qualify. Cancel in the dashboard or tell support, and the refund is processed from that moment.

Day, week and month plans: after the first 24 hours

After the first day, a week or month plan can still be cancelled, and the days you have not used come back in proportion. With 20 days left on a 30-day plan, you get back two thirds of what you paid; with three days left on a seven-day plan, about three sevenths. Days already elapsed are kept, because the line was yours for them. How much data passed through the line makes no difference to the sum.

A one-day plan has no partial refund after its first 24 hours, because by then it has finished. The clock on the pro rata calculation stops when you cancel, not when you first thought about it, so cancel as soon as the job is done.

Hourly purchases

Hours are consumed as they run, so the rule is simple. If a line you bought by the hour never came up, meaning it did not pass traffic from the moment of activation and you report it inside the first hour, the purchase is refunded in full. Once the line has carried traffic, or once the first hour has elapsed, the hours are treated as used and are not refundable, including any hours still left in the block. If the line goes down during your hours because of our hardware or our network, the lost time is added to the purchase or credited to your balance; see downtime below. An hourly purchase that you converted into a day plan follows the day plan rules from the moment of conversion.

Where the money goes

Refunds are credited to your HourlyProxies balance as soon as they are approved, so you can spend them on a new line straight away without waiting for a bank. If you would rather have the money back in your own wallet, card, PayPal or bank account, say so in your request and we send it within 24 hours, less whatever fees the payment network or bank charges for the transfer. Crypto refunds go to the address you give us, minus the network fee.

Downtime we caused

If a line is unreachable because of a fault on our side, the time lost is credited. On a day, week or month plan the time is added to the end of the term; on an hourly purchase the lost minutes are added back or the equivalent is credited to your balance. We usually do this without being asked. If you think a credit was missed, email support with the line and the time window and we will check the logs. A slowdown or pause applied under the fair use rule in the Terms is not downtime and is not credited.

Renewals you did not mean to make

An automatic renewal is a new term and gets the same first-24-hours rule as any other. If a plan renewed and you did not want it, tell us within 24 hours of the renewal and, provided the line has not been used in the new term, the full renewal amount is credited back. If it was used, the unused days are refunded like any other cancellation. Hourly purchases never renew, so this situation cannot arise with them. You can turn auto-renew off per line in the dashboard at any time before a term ends.

What we cannot refund

No refund is given for days already used on a working line; for hours already used or started; for lines released after a missed payment under the Terms; for accounts closed for abuse or breach of the Terms; or for a block, ban or restriction applied by a third-party website, which is that site's decision and not a fault in the line. Fees charged by a bank, card network or blockchain on the way out are deducted and are not refunded by us.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email on your account, or message @HourlyProxiesBot on Telegram. Tell us which line or order, when it was bought, and whether you want the refund as balance or sent to your wallet. You will have an answer within 24 hours, and a wallet payout goes out within 24 hours of approval. If you disagree with a decision, reply in the same thread and ask for a second review; a different person will look at it. Please talk to us before opening a chargeback, because a chargeback puts the account on hold until it is resolved and almost always takes longer than we do.

Questions

I bought two hours and the line worked, but I finished early. Can I get the rest back?

No. Once a line has carried traffic or the first hour has elapsed, the hours are used, including any still left in the block. If you think a job may run short, buy two hours and add more rather than buying four up front.

Can I get the refund to my card instead of my balance?

Yes. Ask for it in your request and we send it within 24 hours, minus any fee the card network or bank takes. Otherwise it stays on your balance to spend on the next line.

My line was down for an hour of my day plan. What do I get?

The hour is added to the end of your plan, usually without you asking. If it was not, send support the time window and we will add it or credit your balance.
