Privacy Policy
Last revised October 10, 2026. The short version: we do not look at or store what you send through a line, our website runs no third-party trackers, and we never sell your details. The rest of this page lists each place we collect something, what it is, why we need it and how long we hold it. If you would rather ask than read, [email protected] answers privacy questions too.
Your account
Signing up takes an email address and a password; a display name is optional. The password is hashed and never stored in a readable form. We log the time and source address of each login so that both of us can spot one that was not you. The registration form uses reCAPTCHA to stop automated sign-ups, and the dashboard sets one session cookie so you stay signed in while you move between pages. That cookie identifies your session only; it is not used to follow you anywhere else.
Your payments
Card payments go through Stripe, PayPal payments through PayPal. Card numbers and PayPal logins never reach our servers; we receive a confirmation and a reference number. Crypto payments in Bitcoin, USDT or Ethereum leave us a transaction hash and the receiving address, both already visible on the public chain. Zelle and wire payments leave the sender name and the memo you used so we can match the transfer to your account. Every top-up and purchase is recorded in your billing history so you can see where each hour went.
Your use of a line
We do not record the sites you visit or the content you send. The system keeps operational metadata: when a session started and ended, how many bytes moved through a line, the client address that connected to it, and when a rotation was triggered. We need this to run the network, to bill correctly, to apply the fair use rule, to prevent abuse and to answer a complaint about an address your line used during a given hour.
This metadata is retained briefly and a person looks at it only when something needs attention: a billing dispute, a fair use review, an abuse report, or a fault. It is not used to profile you and it is not joined with data from any other source.
Visiting hourlyproxies.com
The public site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. Our web server keeps standard access logs with the requesting address and the page requested, kept for a short period for security and then removed. The IP lookup tool on the site sends the address you type to public lookup services and shows the answer; we do not keep the result.
Telegram
You can buy hours, manage lines and talk to support through @HourlyProxiesBot. If you do, Telegram gives us your Telegram user ID and username, and the bot keeps the conversation so support has context when you come back. Linking Telegram to your account is optional; everything the bot does can also be done in the dashboard and by email.
Who else sees your data
Nobody buys your data from us. We share only what a service provider needs to do its job: payment processors to take a payment, our email provider to send a notice, our hosting provider to run the dashboard. Beyond that, we disclose personal data only when a valid legal demand requires it, and only as much as the demand covers.
How long we keep things
Account details stay while the account is open. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which can run for several years after the account closes. Line usage metadata is kept for a short operational window and then deleted. Telegram conversations are kept while the account is open. Server access logs are rotated out after a short period.
When you close your account, the account details and Telegram history are removed on the schedule above; only the billing records that the law obliges us to keep remain, and those are kept for nothing but that purpose.
Your rights
Email [email protected] from the address on your account to ask what we hold about you, to correct something, to receive a copy, or to have it deleted. We reply within a few days. If a record cannot be deleted because the law requires us to keep it, we will say which record and why. The service is for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we discover we have. Changes to this policy are posted here with a new revision date.
Questions
Do you log the websites I open through a line?
No. We keep session times, byte counts and the client address that connected, for a short period, and nothing about destinations or content.
Does the website use Google Analytics or ad pixels?
No. There are no third-party tracking scripts on hourlyproxies.com. The dashboard uses one session cookie to keep you logged in.
What happens to my data if I link Telegram?
We store your Telegram user ID, username and the bot conversation so support can see history. It is deleted when the account closes. Linking is optional.
