Terms of Service

Last revised October 10, 2026. These terms are the contract between you and HourlyProxies for every line you rent, whether the meter runs for two hours or for a month. Creating an account, topping up a balance, buying hours, or connecting through a line we gave you means you accept them. We have kept the wording short on purpose; if a sentence is still unclear, email [email protected] before you buy and someone will explain it in plain language.

What you are buying

A HourlyProxies line is one SIM from AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon, sitting in a 4G or 5G device that we own and operate in one of our US cities. For the time you have paid for, that SIM carries your traffic and nobody else's. You reach it over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 with a username and password shown in the dashboard, and you can change its IP address through the rotation link, the API, a timer or the dashboard as often as you like.

The IP addresses are the carrier's, not ours. They come from a regional pool, they are shared with ordinary phone users behind carrier NAT, and the carrier can reassign one at any moment. We promise the hardware, the SIM, the city and exclusive use for the time bought. We do not promise any particular address, any particular throughput at a given minute, or any particular response from a third-party website.

Lines are sold in four lengths. An hourly purchase is a fixed block of hours, two at the start and then one at a time, up to four hours in one purchase. A day, a week or a month is a term that starts the moment the line activates. The hourly block never renews on its own; it simply ends when the hours are gone. If you keep a line past its hours, the dashboard offers to turn the purchase into a day and counts what you already paid toward the day price.

Who may open an account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it. Your dashboard password, API key and proxy credentials are yours to protect; whatever is done with them is treated as done by you until you tell us they have leaked, at which point we rotate them.

Paying before the meter starts

Everything at HourlyProxies is paid in advance. Hours, days, weeks and months are bought from the balance in your account or paid directly at checkout by card, PayPal, crypto, Zelle or bank wire. A line starts only after the payment has cleared. Day, week and month plans can be set to renew automatically, and when they are, the renewal is charged before the new term begins so the line does not drop. Hourly purchases are never renewed automatically.

We may change prices. A change applies to purchases made after it, never to hours or days you already paid for. Refunds and credits are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If a payment is missed

A debt can arise when an automatic renewal fails to charge, when an invoiced account passes its due date, or when a balance is driven below zero. When that happens we send a notice to the email on the account and, where linked, to your Telegram. Nothing changes for the first 24 hours after the notice; pay inside that window and the matter ends there.

If the amount is still unpaid 24 hours after the notice, every line on the account is suspended. We keep the lines reserved for you for a further 24 hours, and paying during that period restores them. Once 48 hours have passed since the notice with the debt still open, the lines are released back into stock. Released lines are gone: they are not reinstated, and no refund or credit is owed for them or for any time that was left on them.

The 24 and 48 hour marks describe how we normally proceed. They are not a promise. Management may suspend or release the lines of an account with an unpaid balance at any earlier point, and may do so without a second notice.

Acceptable use

A line from us changes the route your traffic takes to the internet. It does not give you any right you did not already have on the sites you visit. Use the line only for lawful purposes and only in ways that respect the terms of the services you reach through it. We will close an account that uses a line for fraud, phishing or impersonation; for sending unsolicited bulk email, SMS or messages; for attacks on hosts or networks, including flooding and credential stuffing; for gaining access to systems or data you have no right to; for distributing malware; for sexual content involving minors, which we also report; for content that is illegal where you or we are; or for bulk transfer that breaches the fair use rule below.

We do not inspect what you send. We do act on complaints from carriers, site operators, network owners and authorities. Acting on one may mean looking at connection metadata for the line, asking you for an explanation, and pausing the line or the account until we understand what happened. A complaint we find justified can end the account. Lawful requests from authorities are answered as the law requires.

Unlimited data, within reason

We do not meter your gigabytes and we do not sell data allowances. A line can be used freely for the work mobile proxies are made for: browsing, logins, automation, scraping, verification, API calls, app traffic. What unlimited does not cover is treating a consumer SIM as a bulk pipe: continuous downloads, streaming relays, torrent seeding, file mirroring and similar sustained transfer. The carriers watch for that pattern and cut such SIMs off, which would take your line down with it.

Where we see bulk transfer on a line, we may slow it, pause it or suspend it, and we will tell you why. We do not publish a threshold, because the test is the kind of traffic rather than a number. A slowdown or pause under this rule is not downtime and does not qualify for a refund or credit.

Our liability and yours

The service is supplied as it is, and we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, nor that any site will accept traffic from it. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the line concerned in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damage. You agree to hold us harmless from claims that arise from what you did with a line. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; where that is the case, the limit applies as far as the law permits.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time: let hourly purchases run out, cancel day, week or month plans in the dashboard, and ask support to close the account. We can suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, for an upheld abuse complaint, for non-payment under the ladder above, or where the law obliges us to. Closure for breach forfeits unused time. Closure for any other reason on our side refunds unused days under the Refund Policy.

Changes, law and how to reach us

We may revise these terms. A revision appears on this page with a new date and applies to purchases made after that date. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which HourlyProxies is organized, and disputes are brought in the courts of that state unless the law gives you the right to another forum. Questions, complaints and notices go to [email protected] or to @HourlyProxiesBot on Telegram; both are read by people around the clock.

Questions

Do hourly purchases renew when the hours run out?

No. An hourly block is a fixed number of hours and simply ends. If you want to keep the line, add hours before it ends or let the dashboard convert the purchase into a day, with the hours you already paid counted toward the day price.

How long do I have to settle a missed renewal before I lose the line?

You get a notice, then 24 hours to pay with no change to service. After that the lines are suspended for a further 24 hours, and at 48 hours after the notice they are released with no refund. Management may act sooner.

Is there any data limit on a line?

No gigabyte limit. The only rule is fair use: no bulk transfer such as download pipes, streaming relays or torrent seeding. A line used that way can be slowed or paused, and that pause does not count as downtime.
