Buying a Mobile Proxy by the Hour in the Telegram Bot
The Telegram bot is the quickest way to put a US mobile proxy in your hands. There is no page to load and no form to fill, just a short conversation with @HourlyProxiesBot that ends with a host, a port, a username and a password. This walkthrough goes through every tap from first message to expiry, then points at the two other doors, the dashboard and the mobile app, for the times when a chat window is not enough.
Open the bot and link your account
Search for @HourlyProxiesBot in Telegram or open t.me/HourlyProxiesBot and press Start. If you already have an account on meter.hourlyproxies.com, link it so your balance and your lines are shared between the bot and the website. If you are new, the bot creates the account for you and you can set a password for the website later. Either way, the same lines appear everywhere.
The bot keeps a balance. Top it up from the bot's menu with a card, PayPal, crypto (Bitcoin, USDT or Ethereum), Zelle or a wire. Balance is useful on Telegram because it turns buying a line into one tap instead of a checkout page, and a few dollars of balance covers several hourly purchases.
Choose the line
Press Buy. The bot asks for a city first: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Miami, North Carolina or Boston. Pick the one the job needs. If you are checking how something looks to a user in a specific metro, that is the choice. If you just need any US carrier address, pick whichever has the most stock, which the bot shows next to each city.
Then the carrier. AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon are offered where we have them in that city, and the bot only shows carriers with lines available right now, so you will not pick one and find it sold out. Then 4G or 5G. Then the length: two hours to start, with the option to add up to two more, so four hours is the most on one purchase. The bot shows the price before you confirm: $2 for two hours on 4G, $3 on 5G, and the same again for each extra hour.
- Press Buy and pick a city from the list
- Pick a carrier (only carriers in stock are shown)
- Pick 4G or 5G
- Pick two hours, or two plus extra hours up to four
- Confirm and pay from balance
What the bot sends you
A few seconds after you confirm, the line is active and the bot posts the connection details: a host, an HTTP(S) port, a SOCKS5 port, a username and a password, plus the time the line expires. It also posts a rotation link. Open that link in any browser or call it from a script and the modem drops its carrier session and comes back on a new address. There is no wait between rotations and no limit on how many you make.
Paste the host and port into your browser profile, your proxy tool or your script, load an IP check page and you should see the carrier and state you chose. If you use SOCKS5 for an app that needs UDP, use the SOCKS5 port. If you want a VLESS link instead, the dashboard has one for every line; the bot keeps to the plain proxy details to stay short.
Rotate, extend, or make it a day
The bot lists your active lines under My lines. Open one and you get buttons for Rotate, Extend and Details. Rotate does what the link does, without leaving Telegram. Extend adds an hour at the hourly price for that line's tier, as long as the purchase stays within the four-hour limit. The expiry time updates in the message so you always know when the meter stops.
If the job has turned into a whole day, press Upgrade to day. The hours you already paid count toward the day price, so you pay the difference and the same line keeps running until the day is up, with the same credentials. Nothing you set up in your tools has to change. After that, a day can become a week or a month from the dashboard if the job keeps going.
The other two doors
The dashboard at meter.hourlyproxies.com is the full control room. It shows every line with its credentials, the VLESS link, the rotation link, the API token, usage, and the expiry clock. It is where you move a line to another city for free, add a referral, download connection strings in bulk and read the API docs. If you manage more than a couple of lines, you will live there.
The mobile app is the dashboard trimmed for a phone screen: buy, rotate, extend, read credentials, top up. It is useful for the moment when you are on the move and a client asks for a line in Los Angeles in the next five minutes. The bot, the app and the dashboard all draw from the same account and the same balance, so use whichever is closest to hand.
Small things worth knowing
An hourly line never renews on its own, in the bot or anywhere else. When the time is up, the bot sends a short message that the line has expired, and that is the end of it. You can buy the same city and carrier again, but the SIM may be a different one, so do not expect the same IP. Hourly purchases are refundable within the first hour if something is wrong; write to [email protected] or message support from the bot's menu and a human will answer.
Frequently asked
Can I pay in the bot without a balance?
Yes. The bot can create a one-off payment link for a card, PayPal or crypto. Balance is just quicker for repeat purchases.
Will a line I buy in the bot show up on the website?
Yes, as long as the bot is linked to your account. Lines, balance and expiry times are shared across the bot, the app and the dashboard.
Can I extend a line after it has expired?
No. Extend while it is still running. Once it has expired the line is released, and buying again may put you on a different SIM.
Does the bot support rotation on a timer?
Timed rotation is set in the dashboard, under the line's settings. The bot offers Rotate on demand and the rotation link, which you can call from your own scheduler.
